What it does

Port state control preparation. A checklist built from real inspection findings, linked to your own records, plus a log of your inspections.
Rules finder. Search a library of maritime rule summaries on the phone itself. What you type does not leave the phone.
Encrypted backup. Save a passphrase-protected backup to a place you choose, and restore it on a new phone.
